She does come with character rights! Since we are not professional makers there are a couple holes you may still have to sew or leave it if you want. The holes are not noticeable at all.
She comes with a head, two tails, arm sleeves but they are very small so they may not fit, one piece of fanart, paws, belt, flower crown. Please remember THIS IS NOT A PERFECT FURSUIT, so there will be a couple holes. It is somewhat a little bit of a fixer upper!
